A forensic investigative group was dispatched to the scene of the incident. The father of the victim, A. Z., reported that on January 12, his son was attacked by unknown individuals right in front of their house.
Preliminary results of the medical examination showed that the teenager had an open wound on his thigh and several cuts on his left arm and in the lower back area.
The investigative authorities of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and necessary examinations are being conducted.
Detained suspects.
As a result of operational-search activities, the suspects — I. A. and T. T., both born in 2003, were identified and detained. They were taken to the investigative department and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The investigation is ongoing.
