According to available data, on January 7, a report was received at the duty station of the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district from B. K., who stated that he had been stabbed by M. A. The victim was urgently transported to the National Surgical Center named after M. M. Mamakeev.
A case has been registered regarding this incident at the district Internal Affairs Department, and an investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene. In his statement, B. K. reported that around 02:15 in the village of Pervomayskoye, during a conflict, his relative M. A. inflicted several stab wounds to his neck, shoulder, chest, and abdomen.
A criminal case has been initiated under articles 37 and 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Attempted Murder".
During the investigative activities, it was established that there had previously been hostile relations between the suspect and the victim. As a result of operational-search actions, the suspect M. A., born in 2003, was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
All necessary examinations have been appointed, and the investigation is ongoing.
