According to the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), A.K.Sh. was caught red-handed while receiving a bribe of one million soms.
The GKNB reported that some employees of the procurement department of this enterprise regularly extorted 10% of the total tender amount, creating artificial obstacles and delaying the process of transferring money for completed work.
Currently, measures are being taken to legally assess the actions of the municipal employees, as well as to identify other individuals involved in this case.
