According to the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic, employees of the Osh Administrative Court are suspected of abusing their official positions. As investigative authorities have revealed, they were involved in document forgery and fictitious employment of so-called "dead souls" within their office.
The special service reported that employees O.N.O., A.u.B., and K.u.B. conspired together to obtain illegal financial benefits. They entered false information about the employment activities of non-existent employees.
These actions resulted in significant damage to the state, undermined the reputation of the judicial system, and created a negative moral climate among the employees of the Osh Administrative Court.
In connection with the identified crimes, a criminal case has been opened under Article 337 (abuse of official position) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the investigation, the head of the office and responsible officials of the mentioned court have been detained and placed in a detention center.
