The head of the office and several court employees have been detained.
During an inspection at the Administrative Court of the Osh region, cases of document forgery and fictitious employment of citizens were discovered. This was reported by the press service of the GKNB.
Law enforcement agencies established that, in order to gain illegal benefits, court employees facilitated the employment of so-called "dead souls." This resulted in significant damage to the state and negatively affected the reputation of the judicial system, which, in turn, created an unfavorable atmosphere within the team.
The suspects detained are: "O.N.O.", "A.u.B." and "K.u.B.", who have been placed in the GKNB detention center. An investigation is underway regarding the criminal case under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the KR.
