According to available data, court employees developed a scheme for fictitious employment of "dead souls" and forged documents for personal gain.
During the investigation, the names of court employees were established: O.N.O., A.u.B., and K.u.B., who submitted knowingly false information about allegedly employed citizens, allowing them to receive illegal salaries. This resulted in significant financial damage to the state and negatively affected the reputation of the judicial system.
There was also a negative moral and psychological climate within the court team.
As a result of the inspection, the Investigative Department of the GKNB for Osh and the Osh Region initiated a criminal case under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning abuse of office. As a result, the head of the office and several staff members were detained and placed in the GKNB pre-trial detention center.
