
According to the committee's data, the akim of the Bakai-Ata district, A.B.M., together with the director of the Talas forestry, A.N.Z., during 2022-2023, acted in collusion to transfer State Forest Fund lands to citizens for the construction of recreational facilities. These plots were issued without the mandatory environmental expertise, payment for forest losses, and registration.


As a result of these actions, the damage to the state exceeded 23 million soms.
Furthermore, in 2024, akim A.B.M. approved the felling of 475 poplars in the district without the necessary permits, which also caused damage to the state amounting to over 5.3 million soms.
In connection with the identified facts, a criminal case has been initiated under the article "Abuse of Official Position" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspects have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Talas City Department of Internal Affairs.
Investigative activities are ongoing, and other participants in this corruption scheme are being identified.
