
According to information from the agency, the suspects provided UNAA with fake notarized documents and, for a payment of $1,100, managed to enter false data into the database. Consequently, the vehicle was registered and sold to an unsuspecting buyer for $7,000.
It was also established that in 2023, citizens S.A. and J.R. imported the Lexus RX 330, declaring it as spare parts. To register it illegally, they acquired a registration certificate for a similar vehicle that had previously been damaged in an accident and belonged to citizen N.I.
Additionally, a scheme to evade customs duties was employed, causing damage to the state, the extent of which is currently being determined.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 337 (Abuse of Official Position) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Investigative actions are ongoing.
