
A tragic event occurred in the resort area of "Teplye Klyuchi": a car with four passengers fell off a cliff into the Alamedin River.
According to the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui Region, a report of the incident was received on February 15, 2026, at 15:30 at the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun District. Employees of the investigative operational group were dispatched to the scene.
It was clarified that the incident occurred at the 15th kilometer of the Bishkek – "Teplye Klyuchi" highway. The driver of the Hyundai Sonata, born in 2000, lost control and went off the road, resulting in the car falling into the Alamedin River. He and two girls, estimated to be aged 20-25 with Asian appearance, died at the scene.
Additionally, another passenger, also born in 2000, was taken to the intensive care unit of the Chui Regional Hospital with various injuries.
Currently, efforts are ongoing to identify the two deceased girls.
In connection with the incident, a comprehensive and objective investigation is being conducted to determine all the circumstances of the tragedy. Based on its results, an appropriate procedural decision will be made in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
