The domestic cinematic epic "Kurmandzhan Datka," which premiered on August 31, is currently being shown in all cinemas more than 70 times a day, from prime time to late-night screenings. And each time the halls are full. This was reported by the press secretary of the "Aitysh" fund, Cholpon Idrisova.

"The film confidently maintains its status as the obvious leader since the day of its premiere. Therefore, it can be asserted that the film has succeeded and the rating cinema week will last for an indefinite period," Idrisova believes.

According to her, the domestic film has significantly overshadowed Hollywood blockbusters with multi-million dollar budgets. Meanwhile, the film "Kurmandzhan Datka" was made on a modest budget by Hollywood standards - $1.5 million.
