The reason for the shutdown is the need to carry out a pipeline reconfiguration of a 150 mm diameter pipe, as well as to install valves on a 100 mm diameter pipeline and a 100 mm diameter fire hydrant on 2nd Street, at the intersection with 18th and 7th Streets, as well as on 8th, 2nd, and 1st Streets.
