This new road cycling team will represent the country in international tournaments. "Lokomotiv Manas" has already received a continental license from the UCI and plans to participate in significant competitions that will take place in 2026 in Italy and Spain.
The team consists of athletes from Kyrgyzstan and Russia, while the coaching staff includes specialists from Belarus, Russia, and Kyrgyzstan. The training of the cyclists is conducted under the guidance of head coach Alexander Kuznetsov.
