The first place was taken by the chairman of the veterans' council of the Kyzyl-Kiya city department of internal affairs, retired police lieutenant colonel Turdubaev Abdimitalip Abdrazakovich.
The second place went to the chairman of the veterans' council of the Batken district department of internal affairs, retired police warrant officer Amirakulov Kubanychbek Alikanovich.
The third place was taken by the chairman of the veterans' council of the Leilek district department of internal affairs, retired police major Rustamov Baktybek Satarovich.
Colonel of police Ulan Zhukenov, head of the Batken region Internal Affairs Department, congratulated the veterans of the internal affairs bodies of the Batken district — Abdullaev Abdumalik Ismailovich and Akmatov Appazhan Jalalhanovich on their 60th anniversary.
