As a result of the inspection conducted by the General Prosecutor's Office, the land plots that were illegally transferred to private hands between 1999 and 2002 have been returned to state ownership.
It was established that the local authorities of Naryn and the Naryn region violated land legislation, which led to this situation. During the illegal privatization, 5,943 square meters of land were transferred, including plots under the M. Ryskulov Musical and Drama Theater, as well as land on S. Orozbak and At-Bashy streets.
The returned plots have a total market value of 185 million 920 thousand soms.
