As a result of the inspection, it was established that during the specified period, several plots of land belonging to state and municipal property were illegally transferred to private hands. These plots include:
• 1,500 square meters, previously owned by the M. Ryskulov Musical and Drama Theater;
• 3,948 square meters located in the area of the flour market on S. Orozbak Street;
• 495 square meters on At-Bashi Street.
In total, the area of illegally alienated land amounted to 5,943 square meters, and their market value was estimated at 185 million 920 thousand soms. In response to the prosecutor's demand, these plots were returned to state ownership.
