Kyrgyzstan and Georgia Discussed the Opening of Direct Air Communication and Tourism Development

On January 27 in Bishkek, the Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan, Mederbek Tumanov, met with Alexander Khvitiashvili, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. During this meeting, the parties discussed numerous issues related to the upcoming meeting of the intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation between the two countries. One of the key topics was the opening of direct air communication and the development of cooperation in the field of tourism, as well as issues of transport and logistics interaction.

As a result of the discussions, an agreement was reached on the necessity to take further steps to implement the agreed initiatives.
