In the Issyk-Kul region, in the villages of Kara-Talaa and Kara-Koo, a significant event took place — the opening of two new buildings for police substations.

According to information from the regional Internal Affairs Department, the construction became possible thanks to the initiative of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant General of Police Ulan Niyazbekov. The ceremonial event was attended by the head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Kul region, Major General of Police Murat Boronov, the prosecutor of the Ton district, as well as representatives of local authorities, veterans of law enforcement agencies, and residents of the villages.

These buildings became the 11th and 12th police facilities that have been put into operation in the Issyk-Kul region in recent years. As part of the program, the construction of about 40 modern buildings for law enforcement agencies is planned, with five more to be opened in the near future.

The new police substations meet modern requirements:

- they are equipped with everything necessary for the comfortable service of employees;

- there are designated living quarters for staff;

- conditions have been created for quality service to the public, maintaining public order, and effectively combating crime.
