Kanat Sagynbaev criticized subordinates for ignoring citizens' complaints

At a recent meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Minister Kanat Sagynbaev expressed dissatisfaction with the work of several regional and departmental units, pointing out the insufficient use of the feedback system "Pikir".
According to information provided by the ministry, this system, implemented through QR codes in government agencies, was developed to enhance the transparency of government operations and improve public awareness. It is also intended to ensure a prompt response to citizens' requests, complaints, and suggestions. However, as the minister noted, the actual application of the system remains at a low level.

“The feedback system ‘Pikir’ requires serious attention. Ignoring citizens' appeals will negatively affect the quality of work and the level of trust in our ministry. Every remark must be addressed in a timely and substantive manner,” emphasized Kanat Sagynbaev.

In response to the situation, the minister instructed the heads of all departments to establish the full functioning of the "Pikir" system and to ensure prompt consideration of feedback from citizens. Additionally, he demanded the preparation of analytical reports with proposals for improving operations based on the results of the first quarter.
