In the Talas region, in the Bakai-Ata district, a major overhaul of the overhead power lines with a total length of 29.985 km and a voltage of 10 kV is planned, as reported by the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In addition, technical maintenance will be carried out on the following facilities:
- 362.982 km of overhead lines with a voltage of 0.4 kV;
- 295.270 km of 10 kV lines.
As part of this program, the following works are also planned in the district:
- Major repairs of 40 transformers;
- Technical maintenance of 286 transformers;
- Replacement of 6.3 km of 0.4 kV line with self-supporting insulated wire (SIP-2);
- Replacement of 158 wooden poles with concrete ones;
- Increasing the capacity of 9 transformers and installing 2 new transformers.
In the village of Ken-Aral, as part of the reconstruction, 4.5 km of overhead line will be replaced with SIP-3 and 92 poles will be updated. In the village of Kyrgyzstan, the construction of 100 meters of 10 kV overhead line using SIP-3 and the installation of 6 new poles is also planned.
