According to information provided by the road maintenance enterprise No. 18, the volume of the avalanche on the section of the alternative North–South road (the Aral–Kazarman segment) was about 50,000 m³, affecting kilometers 243 to 296.
Currently, work is underway to clear the road, which is closed to traffic. The snow cover in this area ranges from 40 to 50 cm.
The Kazaraman–Ak-Talchat road is also temporarily closed on the section from 40 to 99 km, where the snow thickness varies from 40 to 45 cm.
On the Birlik–Aral–Karl Marx highway, the snow cover reaches 60–70 cm.
Additionally, on the Kazaraman–Jalal-Abad road, the snow height ranges from 50 to 65 cm.
Clearing operations are being carried out using a motor grader.
