Representatives from the presidential representative office in the Issyk-Kul region, the administration of the Ton district, as well as leaders of local enterprises and institutions, heads of ayil okmotu, employees, tourism officials, craftsmen, and hunters with trained birds of prey attended the festival. The event also attracted foreign tourists and guests from other regions.
The festival was opened with a theatrical performance that immersed the audience in the winter traditions of the Kyrgyz people and the concept of "childe." The program also featured folklore concerts, an exhibition of handicrafts and national cuisine, winter games, and a cultural program with the participation of young artists.
As a result of the event, active participants received diplomas, certificates, and cash prizes from the administration of the Ton district. The festival, aimed at promoting Kyrgyz culture and developing winter tourism, was held at a high level.
