According to a Turmush correspondent, three veterans who served in the Soviet army and reside in the villages of Sary-Toloy and Ken-Suu were invited to the event. The workers of the rural municipality expressed their gratitude to the veterans.
The event was organized by the cultural workers of the Karkyra rural council in collaboration with school students. The veterans were honored and shared their memories of the war with the youth, emphasizing the importance of patriotism and the value of peace.
The program also included students from the 5th and 6th grades of two local schools, who competed in various contests and presented creative performances, including patriotic songs and dances.
