In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, the installation of "smart" projectors has begun. This was reported by the local city administration.
The new projectors are located near the Bishkek Park shopping and entertainment center and combine architectural lighting, energy efficiency, and digital infrastructure as part of a sponsorship initiative by the company "Project Vision Al".
Currently, eight poles with projectors for street lighting have been installed. These devices are equipped with modern systems and allow for the connection of additional services. The projectors can operate on solar energy, from wind generators, or from the centralized power grid, ensuring their autonomy and efficiency.
Employees of the Municipal Enterprise "Center for Digital Technologies" are working on connecting Wi-Fi and installing video cameras with artificial intelligence elements, which will be integrated into the "Safe City" system. Charging stations for electric vehicles are also planned.
The work is being carried out under the coordination of the First May District Administration of the Bishkek City Hall. The installation is being conducted by specialists from the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkeksvet".
