In the capital cities of Bishkek and Osh, the installation of streetlights equipped with artificial intelligence is planned, the city administration reported.
The project for placing smart poles is initiated by Project Vision AI in collaboration with local entrepreneurs.
These poles will operate on the basis of solar panels and wind generators, and will also be equipped with cameras and analytical systems using AI.
According to the developers, this will save electricity and provide opportunities for video surveillance, monitoring traffic flow, and cooperation with law enforcement agencies to maintain order. In addition, residents will be able to use various services provided by the smart poles, such as Wi-Fi and charging for electric vehicles.
