In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, the delivery of 95 Yutong buses from the People's Republic of China has been successfully completed. The city hall press service reported the arrival of the new vehicles, which are already located at depot-1.

Each of these buses is 12 meters long and equipped with three doors. To ensure a comfortable ride in the summer, they are equipped with air conditioning, and in the winter period — with heating systems. Each bus can accommodate up to 70 passengers.

Over the past three years, Bishkek has received 1,000 new gas buses from China, allowing for the replacement of more than 3,000 old minibuses. In collaboration with international partners, the city hall has also acquired 120 electric buses and installed 85 charging stations, completely upgrading bus depots No. 1 and No. 2.

Every day, more than 1,500 units of public transport serve the residents of the capital. Approximately 3,500 people work in this sector, of which 2,500 are drivers, as noted by the municipality.
