Aibek Junushaliev spoke about how many proposals were received for the new general plan of Bishkek

Today in Bishkek, a discussion is taking place regarding the general plan for the next 30 years. The city's mayor, Aibek Junushaliev, in his speech reminded that starting from May 2024, the mayor's office has been collaborating with a Japanese company that developed a development concept for the capital. Based on this concept, a draft of the general plan has been prepared, which has been available for public discussion since October 25.

According to the mayor, the mayor's office has received over 200 official proposals and comments on the general plan. If we consider all the inquiries received through various platforms, their number exceeds 3,000, and in the context of surveys, this figure is over 10,000. "We have received many questions and expert opinions. We actively monitored the discussions on social media, where the issue of the general plan was raised," added Junushaliev.
