All meat products that enter the markets of the capital of Kyrgyzstan undergo mandatory veterinary control. The inspection is carried out on-site before the products are allowed for sale and includes the work of veterinary laboratories. This information was provided by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to the agency's information, wholesale meat sales continue in a normal mode at the "Alamedin," "Orto-Sai," and "Dordoy-Dyikan" markets. Trading begins in the early morning hours, from 5:00 to 6:00, which allows local residents and businessmen to be supplied with quality meat.

Before the meat is allowed for sale, experts check its origin, the presence of necessary accompanying documents, and veterinary certificates.

The Ministry of Agriculture emphasized that the control is aimed at protecting public health and preventing the sale of low-quality products that do not meet established standards. Continuous efforts are being made in the markets of Bishkek to comply with sanitary and veterinary norms.
