Now, wholesale meat sales will take place in the new meat pavilion "Chüyğun," located on the territory of the "Altyn-Taka" market in Maevka, in the First May district of Bishkek.
These changes were made in accordance with a government resolution aimed at ensuring compliance with veterinary and phytosanitary standards.
The goal of these measures is to ensure the safety of meat products and provide the population with quality food products.

The new pavilion "Chüyğun" occupies 800 square meters and meets all sanitary and hygienic requirements. Its structure includes an office, a veterinary laboratory, a quarantine storage for meat, and a refrigeration chamber of 90 square meters, as well as other service rooms.
