February 21. Ballet "Cholpon"
The reconstructed performance by Mikhail Raukhverger "Cholpon" is considered a model of Kyrgyz ballet classics, telling the story of pure love between Cholpon and Nurdin, as well as the treacherous sorceress Aydai, who envies their happiness. Poetic themes and music give the ballet longevity on stage.
