From June to July 2023, 1,104 apartments will be handed over in Bishkek, at Malikova Street, 91. This was announced by Kylchbek Keldibekov, head of the sales department of GIK, during a live broadcast on Birinchi Radio.
It should be noted that the transfer of apartments is also planned in the city of Osh and the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region in April and May.
“At the beginning of this year, 1,080 apartments were issued at Malikova, 91 in Bishkek as part of the second phase of the program. The next stage of housing distribution is planned for Osh and the Kara-Suu district. These events are expected to take place in the second quarter, in April-May. In Bishkek, at the end of the second - beginning of the third quarter, the second phase of the second stage at Malikova, 91 will be completed, where the handover of 1,104 apartments is expected. The remaining properties will be distributed by quarters until the end of the year, and a total of about 20,000 apartments are planned to be handed over across the country,” Keldibekov added.
He also noted that the timing of the apartment handovers depends on the progress of construction work.
