These figures were announced on February 27 during a meeting attended by the Chairman of the Supreme Court, Mederbek Satiev, and the Chairman of the Osh Regional Court, Erlan Asanov.
According to Asanov, out of the total number of cases, 42,422 were considered. For comparison, in 2024, 39,734 cases were filed in the region's courts, which is 6,136 cases fewer than this year.
Mederbek Satiev emphasized that the quality of justice depends on the professionalism of judges, their internal responsibility, and their ability to consistently and correctly apply the laws.
During the meeting, it was also reported that the city and district courts issued 86 private rulings aimed at eliminating violations in government institutions and enterprises.
In addition, the participants of the meeting were tasked with developing measures for the digitization of the judicial system and organizing live-streamed court sessions. At the end of the meeting, judges who demonstrated high performance were recognized, and the importance of sharing their experiences and implementing best practices in other courts was highlighted.
