According to him, the cleaning efforts involve employees of the Kichi-Kemin village administration, utility services, representatives of the police department, and even railway workers.
The Kemin district state administration commented on the situation as follows: “These inscriptions were not installed by the order of the akims. They were created by various enterprises for self-promotion. We are cleaning the mountain slope as part of an ecological initiative, which also includes tree planting. Before we plant the seedlings, we must clear the area.”
It was previously reported that in the Kemin district, on the route to Lake Issyk-Kul, the dismantling of advertising images that spoil the view of the mountains has begun. As the district administration clarifies, at one of the meetings, the head of the presidential representative office in the Chui region instructed to remove advertisements from the mountain slopes.
In this regard, work has begun to remove unnecessary inscriptions and advertisements.
