On March 7, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan, Nurdin Oruntaev, conducted an inspection of the construction of social facilities in the capital.
During the visit, he evaluated 12 facilities located in two districts of the city and voiced a number of instructions.
The minister also drew the contractors' attention to the need to adhere to work schedules, noting the slow pace of progress. He demanded an increase in the number of workers and a focus on the quality of the work performed.
Oktyabrsky District:
An additional building for 500 students at School No. 88 (Kok-Zhar microdistrict, 123/1 Kok-Zhar St.).
A new school for 750 students in the Southern planning zone (15/8a Tokombaev St.).
An additional building for 600 students at School No. 64 (19/1 8th microdistrict).
A new school for 750 students in the Oskon-Ordo residential area.
An additional building for 750 students at School No. 91 (Kara-Zhyjach microdistrict, 18/1 Oberon St.).
A new school for 750 students in the village of Kok-Zhar (1/1 Alapaev St.).
Leninsky District:
An additional building for 380 students at School No. 42 (1 Alykulov St.).
A separate educational building for 750 students for School No. 84 in the village of Kashka-Bash.
A new school for 750 students in the Ak-Ordo residential area (1 Tenir-Tuu St.).
An additional building for 1200 students at School No. 55 (166 Gagarin St.).
An additional building for 750 students at School No. 72 (23 Jal microdistrict).
An additional building for 1200 students at School No. 79 (Archa-Beshik microdistrict, 75 Er-Tailak St.).
It should be noted that according to the instruction of President Sadyr Japarov, 20 new schools are planned to be built in Bishkek by 2026. Currently, construction is underway in the following districts:
Oktyabrsky District — 6 facilities;
Leninsky District — 6 facilities;
First May District — 5 facilities;
Sverdlovsky District — 3 facilities.
Funding for the construction is provided from the republican budget, and the quality control of the work performed is under the ministry's supervision.
