
The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced the commencement of work on the construction of 20 educational institutions in Bishkek.
According to information from the department, construction is taking place at the following addresses:
Oktobrskiy District (6 facilities):
Residential area "Kok-Zhar": new educational building for 500 students at Secondary School No. 88 (Kuyruchuk St., 123/1);
Southern planning zone: new school (Tokombaev St., 15/8a);
Microdistrict No. 8: additional educational building for Secondary School No. 64 (d. 19/1);
Residential area "Oscon-Ordo": new school for 750 students;
Residential area "Kara-Jygach": additional building for Secondary School No. 91 (Oberon St., 18/1);
Village of Kok-Zhar: new school (intersection of Kiyizbaev and Alapaev St.).
Leninskiy District (6 facilities):
Alykulov St., 1: additional building for Secondary School No. 42;
Village of Kashka-Bash: new School No. 84;
Residential area "Ak-Ordo": new school for 750 students (Tenir-Tuu St., 1);
Gagarin St., 166: additional building for 1200 students for Secondary School No. 55;
Microdistrict "Djal", 29: additional building for Secondary School No. 72;
Residential area "Archa-Beshik": additional building for Secondary School No. 79 (Sadybakassova St., 94).
First of May District (5 facilities):
Residential area "Kalyis-Ordo": separate additional building for Secondary School No. 86;
Residential area "Dacha-Suu": new school;
Vasiliev St., 169: new school;
Village of Dostuk: new school for 750 students;
Residential area "Kudaybergen": new school for 1200 students.
Sverdlovskiy District (3 facilities):
Residential area "Dordoy": additional building for Secondary School No. 94 (Dordoy-Aul St., 13-12);
Dubosekovskaya St., 39a: additional building for Secondary School No. 32;
Sechenov St.: additional building for Secondary School No. 46.
It should be noted that these educational institutions are being constructed in accordance with the directive of President Sadyr Japarov to create 20 new schools in the capital by 2026.
