The Bishkek city administration announced that public hearings on the draft General Plan for the city, which will be in effect until 2050, will take place on December 24 and 25, 2025.
December 24, 2025:
* Lenin District — at 168a Chuy Avenue, starting at 10:00.
* Pervomaisky District — at 168a Chuy Avenue, starting at 14:00.
December 25, 2025:
- Oktyabrsky District — meeting hall of the Municipal Administration for the Oktyabrsky Administrative District, starting at 10:00.
To participate in the hearings, registration is required by December 23, 2025, at 18:00, at the following phone numbers:

Participant registration will begin 15-30 minutes before the start of the events.
