As of November 11, 2025, the coal reserves are distributed as follows:
• at fuel bases — 3,741 tons;
• at stationary sales points — 195 tons;
• at the warehouses of OJSC "Kyrgyzkomur" — 350 tons.
Inspections of fuel warehouses and coal sales points were conducted jointly with the Ministry of Energy, the State Environmental and Technical Inspection, and other government agencies. The purpose of these inspections was to study the reserves of solid fuel, control prices, and prevent the sale, storage, and use of coal of the fraction 0–13 mm.
During the inspections, it was found that coal prices range from 5,800 to 8,000 soms per ton depending on the grade and region of extraction. Meetings were also held with local residents and coal sellers to clarify the current situation in the market.
Currently, there are 10 fuel bases operating in Bishkek, as well as several stationary coal sales points.
