
Minister Ibraev emphasized the importance of uninterrupted coal delivery, ordering the creation of additional driver positions and the organization of shift work for drivers both during the day and at night to avoid coal shortages in the autumn-winter period.
Since the beginning of 2025, OJSC "Kyrgyzkomur" has managed to extract 770,614 tons of coal and conduct overburden operations amounting to 7.75 million cubic meters:
- For the needs of the population, 429,855.6 tons of coal were extracted and supplied.
- 475,759.3 tons of coal were delivered to the CHPP.
- The total volume of coal sold amounted to 905,614.9 tons.
To ensure the population has access to coal during the autumn-winter period, OJSC "Kyrgyzkomur" has signed agreements and is actively cooperating with 129 fuel bases located throughout the republic, as reported by the Ministry of Energy.
