Shelter in the Oktyabrsky District is located at: A. Tokombaev St., 1a and accommodates up to 80 people. Currently, renovation work has been completed, mattresses and medications have been purchased, and one-time hot meals have been organized. For heating during the season, 10 tons of coal have been purchased at the expense of the local budget.

In the Pervomaisky District, the municipal institution "Kolomto" operates, designed for 70 people. Its address is: Jibek Jolu Ave., 413. Every day, it provides shelter and one-time meals for 70 to 100 homeless individuals. The institution is funded by the local budget. The main tasks of the municipal institution "Kolomto" include:
- providing temporary accommodation, free one-time meals, medical examinations (X-rays, tests for HIV and syphilis), and primary sanitary treatment (washing, wound treatment, clothing replacement, etc.);
- approximately 2,000 homeless individuals receive services from the institution annually.

In the Leninsky District, a shelter for women with children who find themselves in difficult life situations has been opened under the NGO "Center of Mercy." It accommodates 45 people and provides one-time hot meals, shelter, as well as medical and social-legal assistance. Currently, there are ten women with 12 children in the center.
