According to Ryskul Sagymbaev, head of the Karakol city administration, the coal is coming from the Kara-Keche deposit.
“By order of the city leadership, we have started coal deliveries. The first batches have already arrived. Each family will be able to purchase one ton of coal at a price of 6,800 soms. Yesterday, the first truck with coal arrived in the city, and several more are on the way. Currently, 10 trucks are loading coal in Kara-Keche. We will continue our efforts to provide the population with affordable coal,” he noted.
The coal is available for purchase at the city's coal market.
