Starting from March 9, 2026, the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund (MHIF) has begun accepting applications for participation in the preferential medication provision program aimed at selecting medications to be included in the list of available drugs.
According to information from fund representatives, this program is an important step towards reducing the financial burden for citizens suffering from chronic diseases. Participants will be able to receive medications at prices 50% lower than the market price.
The MHIF encourages relevant medical organizations to join the initiative to create the most relevant and effective list of medications.
Applications are accepted from March 9 and will last until April 9, 2026. They must be sent to the email address: zayavki.foms@mail.ru, indicating the name of the medication and the date of submission in the subject line.
The categories of individuals eligible to submit applications include:
- Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic
- Medical institutions
- Associations of medical professionals
- Holders of registration certificates
- Patient communities
