During a raid conducted by the State Tax Service, illegal medications were discovered in one of the pharmacies in the city of Osh. This was reported by the press service of the STS of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the inspection at the pharmacy "Kejji", it was found that there were drugs not registered with the Ministry of Health, which had been imported illegally, amounting to 269,989 soms.
It was also established that this pharmacy operated without the necessary permits for the storage and sale of medicinal products.
Additionally, the STS identified violations of tax legislation: the sale of goods was conducted without being reflected in electronic invoices, tax reporting for some employees was not submitted, and the cash register was operating in a faulty condition.
Relevant documents were drawn up on site. Further measures will be taken in accordance with the current legislation.
