During an inspection conducted at one of the pharmacies in Osh, prohibited medications were found for sale.
At the "Apteka Keidji" pharmacy, medications that are not registered with the Department of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices of the Ministry of Health were discovered, and they were imported into the territory of Kyrgyzstan illegally. The total amount of the identified medications amounted to 269,989 soms.
Furthermore, it was established that this pharmacy was operating without the necessary documents for the storage and sale of medications.
During the inspection, other violations of tax legislation were also recorded. In particular, the sale of goods was conducted without reflecting income in electronic invoices, tax reporting for some employees was not provided, and the cash register was used in a faulty condition.
Employees of the State Tax Service drew up the relevant acts at the site of the violations. Based on the collected materials, necessary measures will be taken.
