As part of his working trip to the Issyk-Kul region, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, visited the anti-plague department of the Center for Control and Prevention of Particularly Dangerous and Quarantine Infections. He noted that the building housing the department was constructed in 1894 and does not meet modern biological safety standards.

In this regard, Kasymaliev instructed the relevant agencies to consider the possibility of constructing a new building and updating the material and technical base of the institution.

Additionally, the chairman visited the Issyk-Kul Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination. This institution is in an emergency state, as its building was built in 1897. The bureau has three divisions.

Following the visit, Kasymaliev also directed the relevant state bodies on the necessity of modernizing the infrastructure, including the construction of a new building and the procurement of modern equipment.
