
In the village of Kabylan-Kol lives Erkinbek Abekov, who shared how the insurance company helped him after a fire destroyed his two-story house. “The fire occurred at the end of January. The upper floor was completely burned, and the lower floor suffered serious damage. After the damage assessment by emergency commissioners, I received a payment of 368,000 soms just 15 days later. We have already started to restore the roof, and this amount significantly helped us,” he shared.
According to Abdutalip Sultanov, the director of the Chuy branch, more than 33,000 houses were insured in the region in 2025, which accounts for 18.7% of the total number. Since the beginning of 2026, 5,300 homeowners have signed new insurance contracts. The branch aims to increase the level of insurance coverage to 50-80%.

If in 2021-2022 the coverage level was about 10%, by 2026 it has increased to nearly 30%. Throughout 2025, 31 million 878 thousand soms were paid to 247 citizens.

For rural residents: 600 soms per year (maximum payout for an insurance case is up to 500,000 soms).
For urban residents: 1,200 soms per year (maximum payout up to 1 million soms).
