According to the Ministry of Transport and Communications, construction is currently underway on the bypass road on Profsoyuznaya Street. The road will be laid from Kustanai Street to the traffic police post.
The planned length of the new road will be 8.5 km. It will be a category II street, intended for general urban traffic, with regulated traffic and four lanes. To enhance safety, reinforced concrete dividing barriers will be installed on the road.
Sidewalks and a street lighting system are planned along the road.
Additionally, on one section of the road, the construction of two access roads to the new Osh market is planned.
These works are aimed at improving the transport infrastructure of the city and creating more convenient conditions for access to an important commercial facility in the capital.
