
Starting in 2026, a large-scale program will be launched in Kyrgyzstan aimed at providing the population with clean drinking water in 773 villages. This was reported by the Ministry of Agriculture.
Currently, the projects are at various stages of implementation:
- Construction and installation works (CIV): active actions are underway in 120 villages.
- Design: project and estimate documentation (PED) is being developed for 229 villages.
- Procurement procedures: tenders for construction works have been announced for 27 villages.
- Preparation for design: the collection of necessary data for PED is being carried out for 219 villages, of which the document package has already been completed for 95.
- Feasibility study: a feasibility study is being developed for 177 villages.
