In the Chui region, in the two rural municipalities of Abdykerim Sydykov and Dostuk, a working meeting was held, organized by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry Bakyt Torobaev. Local deputies, activists, and representatives of self-government bodies attended the meeting.
During the discussion, issues concerning the acceleration of the preparation of necessary documentation for the development of project and estimate documents (PED) in the field of water supply for rural areas were raised. The main task is to implement modern water supply technologies and ensure the population has access to quality drinking water.
The minister emphasized the need for prompt and quality preparation of documents, stating that access to clean drinking water is one of the priority tasks of state policy in the area of regional development and improving the living standards of the population.
The department responsible for the development of drinking water supply and sewage will assist in the development of technical specifications.
Bakyt Torobaev gave specific instructions on simplifying and optimizing the process of collecting documents from local rural municipalities. He also called on local self-government bodies to actively cooperate and quickly resolve emerging organizational issues. According to him, coordinated work among all participants will significantly accelerate the implementation of water supply in rural settlements.
