On November 15, an important step towards supporting agriculture took place in the Chuy region, Sokuluk district — a ceremony for the transfer of new equipment to the state breeding plant.
The event was attended by Bakyt Torobaev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan.
The Minister emphasized that creating better living conditions for rural residents is one of the main areas of his work.
“The rural population makes up 60% of our country. They need land, water, seeds, processing services, and vaccinations. They come to us with various requests. We must respond to them with honesty and a desire to help,” he noted.
Torobaev called on his colleagues to actively support farmers and ordinary citizens.
“Regardless of who is reaching out — a farmer or an ordinary person, welcome them with an open heart, listen to them, guide them. Even if you are unable to provide financial assistance, it is important to direct them to banks, projects, or agribusinesses. We need to help them complete their affairs,” he added.
The Minister emphasized that the financial well-being of families is directly linked to the development of the economy, education, and culture of the country.
