Local residents participated in the event, coming from all corners of the region.
The preparation of sümölök was organized as follows:
8 cauldrons were presented from the city of Naryn,
8 cauldrons from the Ak-Talinsky district,
14 from the At-Bashinsky district,
10 from the Naryn district,
and 1 cauldron of sümölök from the Kochkor district.
The total number of participants in the event was about two thousand people.
As a result of the competition, the jury declared the winner to be the sümölök prepared by the team from the "Ata-Türk" kindergarten in Naryn, which took first place and received a cash prize of 100,000 soms.
The second position was taken by the sümölök from cauldron No. 35, presented by the Ak-Talinsky district, which was awarded 50,000 soms. The third place went to the sümölök from cauldron No. 17, presented by the At-Bashinsky district, whose participants received 30,000 soms.
Additionally, on March 20, each of the 41 cauldrons was allocated 10,000 soms for support.
A total of 1,500,000 soms was spent on organizing the sümölök competition, of which 590,000 soms went to the prize fund.
