Cases of misuse of agricultural land have been recorded in the Chui region as a result of an inspection conducted by the Land and Water Supervision Service.
According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture, in the village of Kashka-Suu, located in the Baytik rural district of the Alamudun region, it was found that a plot of rain-fed land measuring 0.72 hectares, which belongs to contour No. 1220, is being used for purposes other than intended.
In particular, the owner of this plot, identified as B.T.Z., instead of engaging in agricultural activities, has organized a recreational area called "Karting-Buggy" on this territory.
As a result of the inspection, measures were taken against the citizen in accordance with Article 239 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, and a fine was imposed on him.
“In addition, a directive has been issued requiring the owner to use the land plot for its intended purpose. In case of repeated violations, actions will be taken in accordance with Articles 65, 66, and 67 of the Land Code of the Kyrgyz Republic,” the statement noted.
